Not included in the free pilot

  • Production deployment or production-grade operational support.

  • SSO/identity integration, enterprise security reviews, certification, or compliance validation.
  • Migration of confidential/customer data, ongoing maintenance, or unlimited revisions.
  • Guaranteed installation inside your infrastructure or a permanent handoff of the prototype.

These are available as individually scoped paid engagements.

Scope

The pilot is hosted in a DJL-controlled demonstration environment using representative sample data. Installing it in your own sandbox, or handing over the workflow, may be considered separately where practical and approved; it is not part of every pilot. The free offer is subject to qualification, feasibility and availability, and the scope and time involved are agreed before work begins.

AI model costs

For a later deployment in your organization, we prefer to use AI model access your organization provides and has approved for that use, under the provider's terms. For the DJL-hosted sample-data pilot, any cost responsibilities are agreed with you before work starts. We never ask for API keys in this form.

Design partner invitation

Help shape the future of enterprise agent orchestration. Some pilot participants may be invited to become Yawble enterprise design partners, providing optional feedback on integration needs, governance, provisioning, and the product roadmap. Design partnership is voluntary and does not require a software purchase or imply roadmap commitments.
